Receiving mail and gods
Mail is delivered in the morning and collected in the afternoon. Packages are delivered in the afternoon. Information about times that apply in each building is indicated at the mailbox. Outgoing mail and packages are placed franked and ready in the mailbox for outgoing mail.

Shipping
Medicon Village has negotiated favorable membership agreements with shipping suppliers DHL and UPS for members’ use. Members have the option of being linked to the agreed terms with their own customer number.
Shipments are provided with a waybill and placed in a marked place at the mailbox. The packages are picked up in the respective building every afternoon in connection with the mail and forwarded with DHL or UPS. Post round times are indicated at the respective mailboxes. Collection time for both suppliers is 15:30 from Medicon Village goods reception.
